My Question or Issue

On the mobile device the only option is to shuffle play my play lists. I've followed all instructions but the shuffle play option is not present and I cant turn off shuffle play.

This happens in my playlists and also Spotify made playlists. See screen shots

Thanks for asking about Shuffle Play in the Community! 

Please check this article out for all the info on how to turn Shuffle Play on and off. 

Could you try logging out and in again, by manually entering your Premium credentials? 

If that doesn't help, please try running a clean reinstall. 

If that also doesn't do it, could you confirm if you can turn Shuffle Play on and off on another device?
