Spotify - Music Flow not supported by LG sound bar?

Hello,

I purchased the LG 4.1 360w sound bar today and downloaded the recommended Music Flow app onto my Samsung Galaxy Note 4...

I'm connected to the speaker via 5ghz wifi on my Asus AC RT1900.

From the Music Flow App. I choose Spotify to stream my music but it only plays on the phones speaker. I tried streaming music to the speaker on Tune-in radio and it works just fine.

I went onto the LG website and the LG forums and it is apparent with a little bit of digging in the forums that the sound bar that I have is in fact supported by Spotify.

So am I doing something wrong?

Can you check that you have the latest firmware for the sounbar installed and that your spotify app is up to date. Do you have spotify premium? Does the sound bar appear as a device in spotify under settings>devices?

Connect requires a premium subscription I'm afraid.

I have the the same problem.

My LG sounds recently stopped apearing in my devices.

I am a premium member, I reinstalled spotify, I updated the soundbar to the latest firmware. 

Nothing happens... Wat is going on???

Same issue here, Tunein is working on LG Music Flow but Spotify refuse to cast on these speakers (H5 Music Flow Speakers).

I am a premium account and suppose to listen from everywhere.

As other users confirmed that they have same issue on LG Music Flow forum, I feel that Spotify should take it seriously and get their hands dirty.

I have the same problem my LG musicflow H7 is not showing in spottify connect. it was thre before but that time i was not a premium user. now i am it is not working. the LG music flow H7 is in the list of compatibble items so it shoul work!!
