Spotify Not logging in

I have had Spotify for some time now and I am from Canada. Recently my Spotify logged out on its own and now its giving me an error saying I am trying to log in from a different country. I don't understand this and whatever I do this problem isn't going away. It refuses to log in. My account mentions the country which is Canada but it still doesn't seem to work. Help please?

Could you please go to this link and check which country it says? Does it show the country you're currently living in, or something else?
If you see your current country, but you are not able to change it via the my account section, I would suggest you to get in touch with Spotify so they can manually adjust it.

 

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

Are you running with an VPN or Proxy? 

Do you have this problem with WiFi or with mobile phone connection (like 3G, 4G etc)?

Have you signed up using a different country than Canada? Check it on your account overview and change your country if needed.

Hey @MichaelW I was using VPN but I am having this problem with both WiFi and mobile phone connection.

Plus I checked my account settings again and my default country is now USA and it refuses to change the country to Canada giving me an error saying Spotify is not available in that country.

Did Spotify withdraw its services from Canada?

Spotify is available in Canada.

 

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form.

 

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
