Streaming.. Computer and Showing on Cell phone

How do I get it to stop showing on all my devices?  If I am streaming from my computer, I can see it on my Cell Phone on my Fire, and it just seems to be wasting my cell phone battery, but I really don't know if it truly is.  I don't want to unistall it from my cell phone, because I constently use it in my car and when I go to the gym or out on a walk.  I am on it non-stop.  Anyone???
