Spotify Premium only plays one song on Samsung Galaxy S3

I have spent a lot of time already reading threads here in the community and I cannot get an answer for my problem.

I have a 7-day trial of Spotify Premium, but I cannot get any playlist to play more than one song. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application and I have logged out and back in.

Everything works great from my PC version, but no matter what I've tried on my phone, I cannot get it to play more than one song. The next song always queues up and displays in the page footer, but it will not automatically start.

I'm not going to pay for a service that is unreasonable, so I hope to get a straight answer so that I can resolve this issue.
