Spotify Shuffle Issues

Ever since the new update, Spotify only shuffles between like the first 20 songs of my 500+ song playlist. Not sure who else if having the issue.

I've been having the same problem since late November. It's only on my Android. Nobody at Spotify seems to have a clue what's causing it. I even set up a new account using a different email address, and it still does it.
