Spotify account does not work on phone (neither Android nor iPhone)

Hi everybody,

I recently installed Spotify Free on my Macbook and now also wanted to use it on my Android Phone (Samsung Galaxy S 5 Mini). However, although I can Log In my account and see my playlists, if I press the "Shuffle" button nothing happens, so I can't listen to any music at all. I already de- and reinstalled the app twice, but nothing changed. I then tried to use my account on a friend's iPhone and although he can use his account on his phone without any trouble I had the same issue with my account on his phone so I figure something must me wrong with my account? When using my Macbook I don't have any problems though /=

Really hope someone can help me with this!

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
