Spotify always deletes my downloaded music no matter what

Hi, I have a playlist with 3500 songs on Spotify
When I download this playlist on Spotify for Android, after almost a day, I see that the playlist is out of download mode and the songs are deleted, and I have to download it again, and this happens again and it has been bothering me for years. now that's why i never download my music but now i have a lot of songs so i have to download them
And I should mention that I have plenty of free space on my device so that's not the problem

This type of issue with the downloaded content is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device. Since your downloads on Spotify are stored as cache, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article.  

If the issue persists, would you mind checking if you have any SD card inserted on your device? If so, remove it and try again to see if it makes any difference. 

Lastly, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

Why is it that lately every time I launch the app all of my offline downloads are gone? They re-download on a daily basis lately. TMK I've nothing running to "clean" the device and nothing should be causing this. I have OneDrive app installed and I've read that there can be issues between that app and Spotify on Android. The fact that I can't get any actual support is baffling and kind of outrageous, so here I am posting on this message board looking for help. This might be the kick in the pants I need to switch to Apple Music full time. Someone better do something.
