Spotify and restrcited account

Helo,

I have Samsung galaxy tab s 10.5 (SM-T800) on which i created a restricted account and give acces to this account to spotify

The problem is when I launch the app with the restricted account I've got the message : "No storage found' ( 'Aucun espace de stockage trouvé" in French).

First I thought restricted account can't access to SD card.

So I tried to unistall the app, remove the sd card, install again but same problem.

Check the application permissions in the device settings - applications menu. It may be that access to the SD card is denied in the global android settings for this application

I see the menu but there is nothing I can do in this menu.

Are you accessing the permissions menu from the main account or the restricted one? Is the SD card in the device and working for other apps?

I'm accessing from the main account and yes the sd card worksfine with
other apps.
