Spotify app is not available for my device OnePlus 10 Pro in Google Play

Solved!

Spotify app is not available for my device OnePlus 10 Pro in Google Play

I don't know why is this happening, because I have brand new device, and there's no reason for Spotify doesn't work. Especially, when hints in my phone recommend to install it.
I thought that the reason was the fact that my Google Play account and payment information where connected with Russia though I have moved to another country. But when I changed all this info - still the app is unavailable.

Hey @Tigermovs,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

Usually, this type of issue is related to country restrictions. If your Google account was created in a territory where the app is not currently available, it will prevent the device from installing the app successfully.

In this case we'd first recommend verifying if the country of your Google play account has changed as well. To do so just open the Google Play app, tap the profile picture on the upper right corner and hit > General > Account and device preferences > Country and profiles. If the country listed is different from the one you're located in, the system will let you update it.

However, if the issue persists, it's possible that the Google account still has the country restrictions. In this case, we'd recommend using another Google account created in your current country to avoid it. Keep also in mind that the Google account on your device doesn't affect the logging process on Spotify, it's just to download the app.

Hope this helps, let us know how it goes.
