My Question or Issue

I recently bought my Morotola E5 and immediately installed the Spotify app. The issue I had right away was that first the app seemed to be an older version and second it kept freezing every time I started playing any song or changed to another track. At first I thought that my android version was outdated so I upgraded everything I could, hoping it would allow me to dowload a newer version of Spotify, but that didn't happen. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times and no progress was made. There is no upgrade avaliable at the Play Store too, so I don't know what to do. I used to have an iPhone and the app worked just fine. The one I downloaded in my Motorola has way less options than it should. I hope you help me fix it soon.
