Spotify connect: Sonos devices not found

Spotify connect: Sonos devices not found

Hi all

 

I'm at wit's end. I've tried everything barring a downgrade of the APP, but it's now been several months where I'm unable to control my Sonos devices through Spotify Connect. If I have other devices (i.e. a desktop or laptop) running Spotify, they appear within the Spotify app, but Sonos devices DO NOT. I've tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling, disconnecting Spotify-account in the Sonos app, reconnecting the Spotify account, turning off all Sonos devices and turning them on again, etc. Nothing works.

 

Now, I understand there may be a solution by "simply" downgrading - but it requires me to uninstall an OLD version of an app. So, Spotify, please fix this issue. It is bothersome. It's the main reason I even have a premium account.
