Spotify connect problems

I have an annoying issue with Spotify.  When I am playing my music, it randomly stops, and when I look at my phone, it asks me if I want to play in another device called "Agnese" through Spotify connect.  I didn't even know about Spotify connect, never mind connect another device. I don't know who "Agnese" is.   Not only that, when I choose "continue playing on this phone", it does that for two second veggie stopping again.  I can't listen to my music.
