Spotify connect recognize denon device but it doesn't work

Hi! My Spotify Connect recognize the Denon AVR-S700W device but the connection doesn't complete. It works on my friend's IPhone with his account.
I' ve purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 recently but this isn't the problem because i've tried on my wife's Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge with my account and the problem still remain.
Can anybody help me?

Silly question, I know, but you do have spotify premium? If so, it sounds like there may be an account based problem so the best bet is to get in touch with spotify.
