Spotify constantly freezing

the application freezes every moment And then when it changes the songs it remains with the cover of the previous song, when I give it pause sometimes I do not take it I gave a Factory reset to my phone and as it continues it gives the problem already the telephone is not because it is the only application that I have problems someone has happened this same. I think it is not worth paying if you have solved this problem

Since you have done a factory reset of the phone, and you are still facing the issue, could you send me a screenshot of what is going on when you use the app? Also, could you let me know your current device, and the software version? Feel free to also provide me the app version as well so I can take a look.
