My Question or Issue

O aplicativo assim que clica em reproduzir música ele TRAVA, REINICIA o celular e ainda tira os papéis de paredes e SOME com a barra de navegação. Já limpei cache, já reiniciei, já desinstalei, mudei de local de armazenamento

We haven't encountered anything similar on our end on Xiaomi or other Android device. Could you please provide us some more info, namely the following:

• Is this on all devices or only on Xiaomis?
• When did this start happening?
• Does it happen only with specific content or every time you try to play something? Is it sporadic or does it happen every time?
• The exact OS versions of all your affected devices.
• The exact Spotify Versions you use.
• A video of the behaviour. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.

I cant do a video because the phone dont respond to any command after the bug. And i dont have any other form to film

Same problem here, tried the Beta version of the spotify app to but same issue. Workaround for now is using spotify lite app. Very frustrating.

Hey @Pouco95 and everyone else coming across this thread,

We've noticed a pretty much identical behaviour and have opened an Ongoing Issue thread about it. While the issue is described is being isolated to Pixel devices, this may prove to not be the case. Please have a look at that thread, submit any relevant info you have and try any troubleshooting steps provided. The more samples we have, the better this will aid our investigation.
