Spotify doesn't work on 4.4.4 android on z ultra

I have a z ultra and Spotify doesn't work, after installing the programmes doesn't respond, and am paying for it

I've searched and, as of yet, I cannot find anyone with the same issue.

Hello! Welcome to the community!

Try to clean reinstall the app with these steps:

- Go to System Settings

- Go to "Apps" 

- Find Spotify there

- On Spotify's page, first, tap "Force Close"

- Then tap "Clear cache", if it's not greyed out.

- Then tap "Unninstall" and remove the app.

- After uninnstalling, power off your device.

- If you can, remove the battery now. Power back on.

- Using a file manager on your phone or with your USB cable and your computer, go to Internal Storage > Android > Data and delete a folder called com.spotify.music.

- Reinstall Spotify from Google Play

I have the same phone and just got the update to 4.4.4 and I too cannot go online at all. Only when on WiFi. I have done all of the steps to clean and no change

Follow your troubshooting steps but no resolution.  Adding a new APN is just a workaround.  Some devices will reset back to the default APN after a few minutes.
