Spotify has become increasingly slower and now hardly opens any items

My Question or Issue

The app has become increasingly slower during the last two months with sometimes taking minutes to load a page. Problem occurs while being connected via WiFi as well as mobile data and also with downloaded items.

I have removed the SD card and un- and reinstalled the app including removing old folders and rebooting.

It did not get better but even worse. During the last days I have hardly been able to open anything including downloaded albums. Just seeing a blank black page, not even the "loading" symbol"

The only thing that often opens after some loading time are my playlists, anything else doesn't show up, often even not the artist page.

Also library doesn't load properly, especially in the album section. Sometimes no albums or just a few show up. In 99% of the cases I'm not able to open them, also downloaded ones.
