Spotify home is blank on android

My Spotify home turned completely blank/black........its been 48 hours and its still not fixed............and spotify chat support is so useless..........There solution for every problem is clean uninstall.........i have been using spotify for a long time and in that period i have contacted spotify support hundreds of times.......and they never give you any solution..........you always have to figure out on your own.

If anyone has faced screen blank issue.....tell me how you solved it, also tell me has spotify chat support ever satisfied you........

Just to confirm, could you let us know if you've tried the steps below already?

• Try a different network connection. If it works with another connection, we recommend contacting the service provider of the original network for more information.
• Try a different device to see if the issue persists. If not, make sure your original device is up to speed with the latest OS updates.
• Clear the cache of the app on your device (you can find steps to do this on your Android device here) and remove any devices listed here.
• Make sure that Spotify is set as an exception for any cache-clearing app or battery optimization apps.
