Spotify is deleting my offline tracks.

I've gone through all of the previous, similar posts already, and have tried the recommended steps including doing a clean install, and even trying a new storage location. Nothing seems to be fixing the issue.

I'll select my library to download, it'll download, and as soon as it's done, it'll just forget all the data. I've gone through this process so many times that I'm getting emails from shaw home internet about using so much data. What's going on?

There's like 40GB of free space on my phone right now, so it's not a space issue. Why can't I download anything? I don't have data on my phone, so I'm effectively paying $15 a month for nothing right now. This is really frustrating, I just want to be able to listen to music. 😕
