Spotify is no longer working on my Blackberry Z30

Up until a several weeks ago, I had no problems using Spotify at all on Blackberry Z30 (downloaded from Amazon). However, have been experiencing issues streaming music. Typically, a song will start playing, play for about five seconds, and then stop. I see my playlists, etc. but cannot get the music to stream properly anymore.

Does anyone know of any issues and how to correct?

Could you try doing a full reinstallation of the app, including removing your local cache/data files.

Hi Jordi,

I have reinstalled several times. But it is still giving me issues. 

Sometimes a song will start playing, my phone vibrates (sending me song notification) and then the song stops. Not sure if it has something to do with the notifications. Not sure how to stop my blackberry from sending this song notification.

Same problem on my Galaxy 8. I've uninstalled & reinstalled and deleted cache. There seem to be a lot of questions about this problem going back a few years and no fixes but no answers that work. Is there a fix, or should I quit Spotify and get Google Play Music instead?
