Spotify isn't compatible anymore

I have a big problem. Since the latest update, which my phone found today, I can't use spotify anymore. Playstore says it isn't compatible anymore. I have an Alcatel phone. I don't really remember which one, but it has Android. 😃

Can someone please help me, because I am a premium member which can't use what I pay for.

Support for older devices was lost when Spotify re-released the android app after the recent hack. They are working on getting support for older devices re-added, but it hasn't happened yet. Just a waiting game by the looks of things. Discussion is over on this topic:
