Spotify keeps adding and playing songs/playlists/artists I've never asked it to.

My Question or Issue 

Spotify keeps adding and playing stuff that I've never told it to play or add. And it's not even stuff that is similar to my music taste. I've got auto play turned off and that's the only thing that I can think would cause this. Like today I woke up and it's says I listed to two playlists I've never listened to, and is paused on a song in the second playlist. It's also followed artist I've never heard of. What gives?
