My Question or Issue

Hi! I've had this issue for a few days where all my playlists are completely blank, i cant access my library, and i cant play any songs. Spotify keeps telling me to "try again" or that I'm offline when i know im not. Its only an issue on my phone, but not my laptop or tv.

Nice to hear from you.

I had the same issue a while back and I was able to resolve it by clearing my app cache. It seems like this issue pops up when the phone has storage issues

 

In any case, let's try some basic troubleshooting steps.

  • clear app cache
  • restart your device
  • log out and back in
  • try on a different device, if possible(preferably a phone since you said it works fine on the laptop)
  • try a different network, if possible
  • Perform a clean reinstall of the app, shouldn't clear your data or anything.
