Welcome to the forums. Do not worry help is here 🙂

Could you start by unistalling your Spotify and then reinstalling it to see if this fixes the error. Also could you tell me if this happens on any other device you have Spotify on? If that all fails please can you give me the following informaiton:

• Device 
• Operating System
• App Version

Also, can you let me know if you recieve any error message and if you are going through a wireless or wired internet connection.
