Spotify local files playlists stuck on "Downloaded" after app update

Hey,

Yesterday, my spotify app has updated itself. Today, the playlists containing my local files are stuck on downloaded, even though the only files which are downloaded are the ones I downloaded from spotify. 

How do I make it download my local files again? I have the app open on both my laptop and phone, but it just doesn't download while saying it is done downloading.
