Spotify not loading on my android samsung galaxy s20 5g phone

Hi,

I remember the last time the app was working was before me updating the OS and factory resetting my phone since then I haven't used my app expect for today. I did try the web player both on laptop and my phone and both worked successfully. All my apps are installed internally. I haven't got any cache cleaning apps. Plus, I did try the Spotify app on both of my parent's phone which are (Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, both) and on both phones the app worked fine. I have done a factory reset on my phone again today and the Spotify app didn't work again, so I don't understand why this is happening. There aren't any optimising tools on my phone.

It sounds like you've tried a couple of things already, but let's try some more troubleshooting.

We'd suggest that you try to connect to a different network connection to see if the app will load. In case you don't have another one available, if possible - ask a family member to start a hotspot for you so you can test it. 

If you still experience this, it's best to perform a clean reinstall of the app by following this guide. We recommend this step since it gets you the latest app version and removes corrupted data from previous installations that could be causing issues with the app's performance on your phone.
