Spotify not playing downloaded playlists on my car stereo

My Question or Issue

I have a car stereo that runs on android 9. I downloaded spotify on it and the app works fine most of the time. The issue I have is that it plays my downloaded playlist in the morning on my way to work but then in the afternoon they can't be played until I reconnect to the internet to verify I am a premium user. I connect the stereo to my home wifi and so in the mornings it connects to my wifi and verifies I'm a premium user but it times out within a few hours.
