Spotify not working on my home WIFI

My Question or Issue

My issue is that all four of our phones will not play Spotify (unless in offline mode) when connected to our WiFi.  Yet it works on other people's wifi and on mobile data.  The ONLY way I can use my WiFi is if I turn on NordVPN (on my home WiFi).  Spotify is the only app that seems to take issue with my home network.  I even changed my DNS setting on my phone and didn't make a difference.  Is there a setting with my (Nighthawk) router that I could change?  Thank you in advance!

Sorry to see this has been happening.

As this looks like a router-related network issue to me, the course of action I'd recommend is taking a look at Netgear's Community posts - link here.
If the info there is not of use to you, you can also contact their support folks 🙂
