Spotify not working with Fido

My husband recently switched our plans to Pulse plans with Fido so we qualified to have Spotify Premium and Daily Vice free which is included in our price plans. He was able to get them working on his phone, but for some reason it will not work on mine.

We are both using HTC One M8's and when he called Fido, they said we would have to contact Spotify. I emailed Spotify earlier but have yet to receive a response. Does anyone have an idea as to why this isn't letting me use Spotify?

The error message is "Your device does not support Spotify Premium or Daily Vice".

Do you have a ticket number from your email to Spotify? If you can post it here we can arrange for your case to be escalated.
