My Question or Issue

 My Spotify through Sonos has been working fine for years however now when I select my Sonos speaker within the Spotify app it shows it playing but nothing comes out the speaker. I've recently changed phone and it was an issue before and after so I know it's not a cache issue, my wife also has the same problem on her phone. I've restarted our router and Sonos speakers. If I select Spotify music through the Sonos app it works fine. Any ideas? Is anyone else having the same problem?
