Spotify pauses in less then a second after hitting play

Happens on Any and All (mostly using Huawei P9)

My Question or Issue

 Issue is that all of a sudden I cant listen to music anymore.

I hit play and less than a second later spotify is in pause mode.

I have to restart all devices I have spotify on to make it work again.

I have a laptop with Windows 10, Samsung Galay Tab A 10.1, Huawei P9 , Samsung S3 Watch, all with spotify on them and once the issue happens on one device, it happens on all devices.

So far it has happened daily for me.

(Good to know, I am swedish but currently on a trip in the US, using Wifi and Downloaded (cached) playlists as often as I can.

The only solution is to kill the app on all devices, and reboot my watch because there is no Kill App function on that.

I did find other posts about the same issue but they where too old to be able to add to.

Sadly the only fix then was also to reboot the app..

This is getting Very Very Very Very annoying.

Hey @candergart, welcome to the Community!

That sounds odd. Can you give us a bit more info on the operating systems and Spotify versions running on each device?

Also, what troubleshooting have you tried so far? Try a clean reinstall on all of your devices to see if it makes a difference.
