Spotify plays white noise instead of music, but only with headphones

My Question or Issue

As of today, when i try to listen to music Spotify only plays white noise, similar to the white noise when a radio is out of a channel.  This only happens on my phone (Spotify on pc works fine) and only when headphones are plugged in (it works with the smartphones audio). I know it sound like my headphone is broken, but it works just fine with youtube and my other music, also other headphones have the same problem if i plug them in.

I already deleted the cache, reinstalled 2 times and followed the andoid-troubleshooting guide. I also tried it with mobile data and in offline-mode and also turned pretty much all options on and off again. I also restarted my phone and added spotify to the apps not observed by my phone for energy-saving.

Please help.
