My Question or Issue

Problems with Spotify widget on my Samsung S9. Widget says: Problem loading widget. 4G connection/WIFI all working correctly. System and app updated recently.

Hey there @Tjuun,

 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

 

We'd first recommend trying the following steps on your device:

  1. Log out of Spotify on your device - if you're unsure, just follow the steps here.
  2. Turn off your device and wait a couple of minutes.
  3. Switch on your device.
  4. Log back to your account on Spotify.

If you're still having troubles, a clean reinstall should do the trick. You can follow the steps provided in this Spotify Answer on how to do that. 

 

If that doesn't help, make sure to head here and add your +VOTE and requested information so we can get this reported to the right teams. We'd also recommend keeping an eye on that thread for any updates we have to pass on.
