Spotify randomly pauses when playing on Motorola G4 Play.

So, Spotify randomly pauses the song sometimes. Sometimes it'll be every few seconds, sometimes every few minutes. There doesn't seem to be any method or pattern. 

I've logged out all other devices, I've uninstalled and re-installed the app yet it keeps happening. It's driving me insane.

Can you provide us with some more info:

• Did this start happening after a specific update or event? 
• Are you getting the same issue when using any other devices?

• Does this happen when you reproduce any of your playlists?

Also, can you let us know what Spotify version you're currently using?

I have the same problem with my one plus 3T.

When playing in my car I will start playing and it will stop after a few seconds.

It can happen only once per session. Sometimes it will pause 2 or 3 times then I'll be good.

i have the same problem with mine except the stupid google voice screen appears and interupts my music constantly. Im on my second motrorola g4 play with the same issue. Can anyone help?

I could disable voice control but it doesn't disable when an auxiliary is
plugged in. I've switched for a Moto g4 since because to be honest they are
pretty **bleep** phones and slow down after about a month

That explains why it only happens when i plug it into my car stereo. Ugh well thank you for the info

Haha, that's exactly the problem we have when playing music in the car and
we sing over it

Howdy. My Spotify stops every time I get a 'force stop' notification from this sucky moto g. I accidentally changed wrong setting and can't fix it now 😬 maybe yr Spotify is stopping because of same reason but you just don't have system notifications on to show you that is the interrupt ??
