Spotify randomly plays to a device I've never heard of

My Question or Issue

Completely at random Spotify will change to a device I've never heard of, it also changes the track at the same time. This can happen while listening on my phone or while playing from a Google home device connected to my Spotify account. On the phone the app will even randomly launch itself to connect to this device to play music. The device is simply listed as "VIA_A1_1". I've been able to capture a couple screenshots which I will attach to this post. So far I have tried deleting all app data as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app, to no avail. How do I fix this?
