In this case, we recommend you to start off with a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your device. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date, and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience. You can see the steps for a clean reinstall here.

If this behavior continues afterwards, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sending us a full description of what is happening on your side? Can you log in on to your account, but not access to your playlists? Or are you unable to log in at all? Are you unable to access a specific playlist or does it happen no matter what playlist you choose? Send us as many details as possible.

Lastly, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device along with the Spotify version you're running there?
