Spotify says my music isn't downloaded even though it is still in my phone

My Question or Issue

 This happens quite often and I'm honestly tired of it and can't find a to it. Pretty much what happens is if my phone ever dies from forgetting to charge it or just turning off all my offline music is desynced. I store my music on a sd card and which all of it is still there but now spotify doesn't recognize it and says nothing is downloaded. Any one experience this issue before? and if so what was your solution? If I have to constantly have to keep redownloading my music then I see no point in paying for premium.

Same issue and it's really annoying. It started happening a month or two ago and might be a bug in the latest version of the app.
