Spotify seems to be offline constantly

Recently, my spotify app has not been letting me search, go to artist pages, or go to the browse page. When searching, it only shows songs I've downloaded. I can get to albums through songs in my playlists, but if I try to go to an artist page or browse page, it just loads forever. I have restarted my phone, reinstalled the app twice, cleared my cache, logged out and back in. Nothing works. I don't know what to do anymore.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the Spotify app, but no worries - I’ll be happy to help. 

Could you try turning off offline mode in settings? You can do this by going to: 

Library > Settings > Playback > Turn off offline mode

I experience a similar situation on Spotify for my Android phone.

If I restart the app or refresh a lot of times it might actually load the content, for instance a search result. This is something new for me.

Will try to disable the offline mode
