Spotify spinnt

Guten Morgen,

ich habe seit 2 Tagen das Problem das mein Huawei P20 im Mini Clubman 2018 zwar die Lieder abspielt, ich kann aber weder ein Lied vor noch zurück seppen. (Bei anderen Handys z.B S7 geht es). 

Ich wollte jetzt mein Handy an mein Laptop per Spotify koppeln, aber im Handy SPotify wird mir der unterpunkt Verfügbare Geräte NICHT angezeigt.

Ich habe das Handy schon neu gestartet Spotify auch, ich habe sogar das Handy komplett resettet, ich hoffe mir kann jemand sagen warum Spotify jetzt solche Probleme hat, und das über Nacht, wie gesagt am Montag abend hat ALLES noch funktioniert.

Regarding not being able to skip songs when connected to your MINI car, we'd suggest making sure that your new phone is up to speed with the latest software versions available.

If that doesn't do the trick, it'd be helpful if you could let us know some additional information on your connection type (for example, are you connecting to your car with Bluetooth, aux cable, Spotify Connect, etc.).

We'd also recommend taking a look at this support site article for some additional troubleshooting steps to try.

On another note, regarding having troubles seeing your laptop on the Spotify Connect picker from your Huawei device, we'd recommend first making sure of the following:

• All devices are on the same WiFi network.
• Your Spotify app is up-to-date.
• All devices’ software is up-to-date. If you don't know, check with your devices' manufacturers for how to update the version software. 

If you're still having troubles seeing your laptop from your phone, we'd suggest trying switching off the Show local devices only setting.

This means your app will try to find nearby devices that aren’t on the same internet connection as you. Here's how:

1. Tap Home. 
2. Tap Settings. 
3. Tap Devices.
4. Switch off Show local devices only and try Connect again.

Da mein Englisch nicht das beste ist, antworte ich weiterhin auf deutsch. 

Im Auto wird es mit Bluetooth verbunden, dort habe ich auch alles schon versucht, aber ich kann kein Lied via Lenkrad Steuerung oder normal am Radio überspringen. 

Und die Option mit einem Gerät verbindne funktioniert leider auch nicht. 

Mein Handy ist zudem auch auf dem neusten Stand.
