Spotify starts playing after using S Voice or making a Call on Gear S3

My Question or Issue

After using S Voice or making a call Spotify thinks it needs to start playing.

This is after I have paused the music and have done something else for a couple of minutes, and not because Spotify is playing and I'm using S Voice while listening to Spotify.

 This seems to have been a problem for 8 months, so why hasn't this been fixed?

Because one of the other posts got asked for a step-by-step list to recreate this I will provide one.

Step 1. Have Spotify installed and have used it once. (restarting

Step 2. Use S Voice or make a call.

Step 3. Spotify will start itself

When I go to Recent Apps to close Spotify, it isn't even in the list.
