Spotify stops after activating My Album

When I activate My Albums, Spotify stops playing and stops running.

After restarting (double clic the Spotify Icon) again and activating My Album the same problem occurs.

I uninstalled Spotify and installed it again. After this action it works again, but not for long. After a few usages it happens again.

Does enyone know what the problem can be?
