My Question or Issue

after an android update a few days back spotify stops playing after about 20 to 30 seconds, if you push play it resumes.. then stops after 1 to 5 secs again....

Did a clean install as recomended in anotjer post.

Checked if spotify was allowed to run in the background, as suggested in yet another post.

called samsung costumer care whom haf no idea to solve this,

Called my provider t ask if this was a network issue, it was not...

Now i am not going to keep paying a premium plan for unusable software and music i can't use or listen to... so either fix it or expect me to cancel my subscription if this does not get fixed.

I am fresh out of idea's that this is on my side (phone malfunction, netwotk mallfunction, 5G runs perfectly, all other apps run perfectly beats studio headset on bluetooth works just fine, even the samsung earbuds on bluetooth work fine for any other app).....either this is spotify server fail, or spotify proxy fail... or spotify app fail...

Hey there @rogiervierberge and @Adele_Gribbon1,

Thank you for your posts.

@Adele_Gribbon1 - we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app to make sure there's on old cache files causing this.

@rogiervierberge and @Adele_Gribbon1 - can you try with another internet connection to see if the issue persists?

If it's possible - can you log in with another account on the device this occur on - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists?

It would also be great if you can provide us a screen recording. This will help us understand more directly what's going on from your end.

We'll keep an eye out for your replies.

Cheers!
