My Question or Issue

I have Android car system installed in my car with Spotify installed. After 1-20 minutes of listening on car system the music pauses and I get a pop-up message which says that Galaxy Note 8 was detected and if I want to continue listening on this device. I always do. How can I disable this pop-up message?

Hi @hudyvolt

It seems the car system detected new galaxy note 8> ? Do you have multiple devices with bluetooth on? Its recommended not to on so many bluetooth. You can try and see if it improves the situation.

Let me know!

The phone is connected via bluetooth to the car system right away when the car system boots-up (the only device connected by bluetooth). After that I open Spotify app. The pop-up message comes from Spotify.

I suspect that the bluetooth connection suffers from micro-disconnections (not shown by the phone or car system but Spotify recognises it as new connection, hence the pop-up message. I doubt I will be able to fix that so how to disable this in Spotify?
