My Question or Issue

 When I open Spotify, it takes forever to load any of my playlists, even if they're saved. Half the time I attempt to add a song to the queue, it tells me "You must be online to see the menu." Which doesn't make sense since I'm connected to WiFi and have mobile data on. It is just very lethargic which angers me since I am paying for the premium subscription and still receiving poor performance. It is usually the only app open on my phone as well. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times which solves the problem for a week at most. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hey Jomens!

I have the exact same issues, maybe we can help spotify if we (and other users that experience this) look for similarities in our subscription with spotify.

Some features I think could be important:

-Using a Samsung galaxy s8

-I live in the Netherlands (sorry for Dutch screenshots) 

-I signed up with Facebook (peculiar thing: when after minutes of restarting and loading the app when it does work well I am no longer connected to Facebook and am actually unable to do so(!) .) 

-Music file is about 30 gigs and stored on a Samsung SD card. 

-Slowness happens on both wifi and 4g.

-When I acces my spotify account through my Sonos app on my Sonos play 1 no slowness at all is being experienced. 

-I am currently using spotify family as a non owner but I have experienced this issue extensively with my previous subscription as single owner. 

Let me know if you think our issue is caused by something else!
