That's odd. Can you try syncing your local files using a different WiFi connection? Also, save the files on a different playlist just in case.

I am having a similar issue. Since the latest Android update I cannot get any of my songs to download - neither my playlists or my Songs list. I have tried uninstalling the app, I did a factory reset of my phone, I removed it as an offline device - but now I can't re-add it. At most, it has synced 26 out of my almost 2000 songs. Sometimes it stops at 10. Now it will not download any at all.
