My Question or Issue

After the recent 2 updates the app started to lag. Then on the 28th update ultimately stopped working during transit and would not play or load anything on LTE. Just had the spinning circle for loading. Tried all the methods listed in other posts even finitely reset the phone and connections. This is happening with the regular app and beta app. Tried previous versions as well and they will not work as well.

Hey! Sorry to hear you're having issues!

 

Could you also make sure you've got mobile data turned on for Spotify in Settings? Then try logging in and out, let me know how it goes 🙂

Data has been on. Spotify started to work randomly then resumed with not playing again. It just goes into a constant loading screen. Acts like it has no data. All started after the last 2 updates on both phones. Again have also tried the beta and regular apps. Free account and premium. No joy on any of them. 

I'm also having similar issues, i cant get to the freaking song radio, album radio or artist radio, they really messed up the app since the new layout. Ive experienced way too much buffering
