Spotify won't connect when I try to upgrade to premium

Hello all. I've been trying to upgtade to premium for some time now. The problem is, spotify won't connect when I tap the option to buy premium. This makes no sense as the internet connection is fine. I can still search and play songs. It just really won't connect when I'm trying to upgrade.

I get this notice from my phobe that its security has stopped an application drom accessing parts of my phone. Maybe this has something to do with it?

I have a galaxy s4.

Are you rooted? Do you have something like an Ad blocker or security app such as Lookout installed?

Maybe just try upgrading on the Internet using your regular browser.

I got the same problem, I've also lost my premium today and don't seem to get it work again with my redeem code

@Tristan98 that sounds completely different to me. Are you logging in with the username shown on your spotify receipt or your facebook credentials, if the username on the receipt is a 10 digit number?

I'm not rooted and I don't have anu security programs installed on my phone though Insuspect samsung has an internal security program or something.

I didn't know you could upgrade from a browser. I've only used spotify as an app on my phone. Thanks! I'll try it. 🙂
