Spotify wont play downloadrd music

Hi. I've had this problem forever. I've downloaded my songs list at least a dozen times, but whenever I go offline, I can't play the music. When I got back, spotify says I need to download the same music, but it takes much less time. I've tried uninstalling already and restarting my phone.

Thanks for getting in touch with us, we'll do our best to help you out.

With Spotify Premium, you can have up to 3 offline devices, if you sync a 4th device, the first device you sync will have all the music deleted.

If this isn't the case, you might have a duplicate offline device. You can check by logging in here.

If none of the above help, let us know the exact Android and Spotify version you're using. Also, do you use any cache clearing apps?
