Startup artist selection page

I've just bought premium for my wife for xmas. When she fisrt logged on there was a really good artist selection page that I've spent hours trying to find again as we weren't finished with it. I'm sure there must be a way to get it up again, it would be insane if it was a one time thing and to be honest a complete deal breaker if we can't. We will close the account and not continue with premium at all as it was petty essential to add all the artists in one place we want. 

How do we get back to it?
